Abstract

Insects in tropical forests have plenty of species and keep a comparatively stabilized composition in their faunae. Since the insects occur all the year round, their generations are overlapped. In order to prevent insect pests, afforestion focused on mixed crops and reasonable management should come into being in the young growth so that a complex ecological environment could be maintained. Moreover, attention should also be paid to the coordination of biological and chemical control.
