This paper aims to study the manufacturing technique of electraligner flakeboard from the Italian fast-growing poplar through a series of tests. The results show that field intensity (E) and flake geometry shape (S) are the main factors influencing MOE, MOR, IB and linear expansion. Highness of the electrode plates do not influence the indexes of properties of the flakeboard in the range of 45cm. The expermental results are theoretically discussed and various foims of electraligner flakeboards compared in this paper.
