Abstract

Double-Stranded RNA preparation have been analyzed by polyacrylamidc gel elcctrophoresis. Ten segments were recognized constitucntly for CPV. The presence of such genome segments to be a common characteristic of double-stranded viral RNA. The size distribution of the each segments is specific. The molecular weight of a segments ranged from 0.34x106 to 2.55 x 106. The sum of molecular weights of a set of the fragments were 15.15xl06.
