A method is presented for estimating the growth of basal area and volume with growth rate on remeasured horizontal point sampling .The computed results with four -time-data on remeasured point samples of Qipo forest center in Guangxi indicate that the new estimator may be more efficient than the traditional method .Theoretical equation identifies that the new estimator based on the growth of the survivors is unbiased and compatible with the variable basal area factor method .This paper is useful for forming a successive monitor system on remeasured horizontal point sampling.
