Abstract
primers were selected from 160 primers for RAPD analysis of 16 strains of B. bassiana .Altogether 301 scorable DNA fragments were recorded. Among them, 288 were polymorphic, and accounted for 95.7%.A dendrogram generated by UPGMA method would divide 16 strains into three distinct groups, (1) B lh , B fj , B gd and B py ; (2) B y7 , F 263, RECBb01, B 12 and B 13 ; and (3)B 7,B 11 , B xs , B 6 , B y2 , B pc and B zs . The cluster results were certainly associated with geographic regions, rather than original hosts, conidiospore size and virulence on Monochamus alternatus larvae.
