The technique of the tissue culture of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.var.sihongensis showed that modified WPM+1.0 mg/L BA+0.005 mg/L TDZ+0.2 mg/L IBA+3.0% S optimized the tube-shoot growth,and in this medium the height growth went up to 3.8 cm for 40 days.Modified WPM+1.5 mg/L BA+0.005 mg/L TDZ+0.15 mg/L IBA+3.0% S optimized the tube-shoot multiplication,and in this medium the multiplication time went up to (4.5) for 35 days.1/2 WPM+0.5 mg/L IBA+0.2 mg/L NAA+2.0% S optimized the tube-shoot rooting percentage reached 90%.And the plantlets transplanted in the substract containing three parts of chaff ash and two parts of garden earth acclimatized well and the survival rate got up to 85.0%.
