Abstract

Species composition, relative density, relative frequency, relative cover and important value were studied on wild community of Osmanthus fragrans in Guihuaxia, Zhouluo village, Liuyang city, Hunan province. The result showed that distribution of Osmanthus fragrans relatively thicken and became the dominant species in this kind community. In the better environment, Osmanthus fragrans with Cyclobalanopsis glauca were the dominant species. There were a few infancies in the forest, and other species were simple. The Osmanthus fragrans community could be considered as a wild community.
