Abstract

The second land survey of land use database basically completed at the end of 2009, and then how to protect the timeliness of the second land survey outcome becomes a very pressing issue. In case of the study of the second national land survey standards and the progress in spatial data updating, this paper proposes the province, city and county levels linkage realtime incremental updates and regulatory mechanisms, and it also describes in determination and distribution of the change source, temporal data model, realtime incremental update and cocurrent. Finally, Liaoning incremental update and regulatory mechanism system of the Land Use Database are designed and developed.
