The results show that 80. 74% and 76. 48% of ingested DFB passed through the body everyday without being absorbed in female and male adult of Apriona germari, respectively; DFB retained in hemolymph got peak in 10 days after continues being fed with DFB coated branch bark, the concentrations of DFB in hemolymph were 19. 549 × 10-6 g(per female), 17. 823 × 10-6 g(per male); Of the DFB ingested by female,about 1. 39% were transferred to the offspring eggs.
