Abstract:
Extraction technique of tall oil by supercritical carbon dioxide method was studied.Factors affecting extraction yields,such as temperature,pressure carbon dioxide flow rate and time,were discussed.By orthogonal experiment,optimal technological conditions were achieved as follows:extracting pressure 25 MPa;extracting temperature 35 ℃;carbon dioxide flow rate 20 kg/h;extracting time 90 min.Extracting matter yield obtained by this method is 52.3%.
