Abstract:
The effectiveness of Ginkgo pollen wallbroken methods, i.e., homogenizing, high pressure cell cracking, temperaturedifference wallbreaking and enzymatic processing, were studied. The results showed that the wallbroken method by homogenizing was the best among them because of its simple operation and good wallbroken efficiency. The optimal operation parameters were, the rotation rate 15 000 r/min, the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶50 (g/mL) and the time 10 min. Thus the rate of wall broken could be up to 99.6%.
