Abstract:
Effects of lanthanum nitrate concentration on the growth of tube seedling of Dendrobium fimbriatum were investigated in this paper. The results indicated that La3+ has significant effect on multiplication rate, height growth, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width, number of rooting, rooting rate, root length, weight gain, nitrate reductase activity and peroxidase activity of Dendrobium fimbriatum. La3+ with concentrations lower than 10 mg/L showed some significant effectiveness on growth and differentiation of test tube seedling.
