Abstract:
Fungi in stem of Pinus massoniana were studied. The results showed that a lot of fungi were isolated and identified. Predominant fungi Ophiostoma sp. and the unidentified fungus isolate Ⅰ were sap stained fungi. The number of fungi species in the died stem of P. massoniana was richer than that in the impending death stem, and more abundant than that in the healthy stem . The population of Ophiostoma sp. and the unidentified fungus isolate Ⅰ in the impending death stem of P. massoniana were more than that in the died stem of P. massoniana. The died stem of P. massoniana had the highest population of Trichoderma spp., the impending death stem had less, and the healthy stem had the least.
