Abstract:
An urban green space has the function of earthquake resistance, but some factors limit this function availability. According to environment, the characteristics of earthquake and secondary disaster, the basic work was selecting suitable space as a plan green spaces for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction. This paper starts from the concept of suitability of green space for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction, analyzes the systematic and individual evaluation separately, covers from the entire urban green space pattern, connectivity and security pattern to the safety, accessibility, survive and effective refuge area of individual green space, discusses the methodology of urban green space suitability analysis for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction by three levels: the administrative area, urban planning area and urban builtup area. It is designed as reference for urban green space system planning for earthquake resistance and hazardous reduction.
