Abstract:
To analyze the composition of Anoplophora glabripennis oviposition secretion, A.glabripennis were kept indoors during the spawning period, and oviposition secretion of which was collected. The oven drying method, Bradford method, anthrone colorimetry, Ninhydrin reagent colorimetric method and SDS-PAGE were used to analyze and determinate the fractions of water, protein, soluble sugar and free amino acid content and protein fractions in oviposition secretion. The results showed that oviposition secretion components of A.glabripennis included water(81.98%), protein(4.14%), soluble sugar(0.51%)and free amino acid(0.06%). The molecular weight of main protein components were 107.1 ku,86.7 ku,62.2 ku,47.5 ku and 39.0 ku. The strong spectral bands were 107.1 ku to 86.7 ku and 47.5 ku.
