野百合与金佛山百合的核型分析及45S rDNA 在其染色体上的物理定位(PDF)

Abstract:
The karyotype analysis and physical localization of 45S rDNA on the chromosomes of Lilium brownii and L.jinftishanense were studied by using the smear methods and the technology of 45S rDNA fluorescence in situ hybridization. The result of karyotype analysis indicated that the karyotype of L.brownii was 3B, the karyotype of L.jinftishanense was 3A; The karyotype formula was 2n=2x=24=4m+8st(4SAT)+12t for L.brownii, 2n=2x=24=4m+8st+12t for L.jinftishanense; As.k was 82.12% and 82.65%respectively. The result of fluorescence in situ hybridization showed that L.brownii had 6 loci of 45S rDNA distributed on chromosome No.3, No.6 and No.9 and L.jinftishanense had 8 on No.1, No.3, No.6 and No.8, respectively.
