摘要:
<正>刨花形状尺寸基本决定了板的物理力学性能。本试验主要研究单一刨花形状尺寸(Na1-3×3和+1×1mm筛孔尺寸;Na2-5×5和+3×3mm;Na3+5×5mm)制成板的物理力学性能,这有助于进一步研究和分析影响现有刨花板的性能的主要因素和预测将制成板的性能。研究结果,大尺寸刨花的性能优于小尺寸的:IB大87%,MOR大133%,MOE大153%,但表面粗糙度较大。
Abstract:
The properties of particleboard are basically determined by the particle type and size. This paper deals with the particleboard characteristic made of different particle size. The results can be used to research the factors of affecting on properties and to infer being manufactured panel characteristic. The experiment shows the panel properties made of big particles are better than small one except the roughness.
