<正>以大叶樟、阔瓣含笑、金叶含笑、桂南木莲的1年生容器苗为试材,通过盆栽试验,研究其在不同程度铅污染土壤中的生理生态效应,综合评定其抗铅胁迫能力。结果表明,铅胁迫下,植株叶片的受害情况不仅受铅浓度主效应的影响,还受树种×浓度、树种×浓度x时间交互效应的影响。经方差分析和多重对比,并用隶属函数法进行综合评定,得出4个树种抗铅胁迫能力的强弱顺序依次为:大叶樟,阔瓣含笑,桂南木莲,金叶含笑。
Abstract:
In order to filter out a chemosterilant which can be directly sprayed to sterilize the adults of Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky) efficiently and to extend the method in vast area, two chemosterilants (wettable powder) which were developed by the study group, called CS Ⅰ and CS Ⅱ, were adopted on the comparing experiment with there sterilizing activity against the longicorn. The comparison of mating behavior, number of oviposited eggs, hatching rate and life table under artificial rearing, was carried out after spraying the two chemosterilants on the adults of the longicorn by a spray method which imitated the outdoor spray on trees. The results showed that the treatment spraying with CS [[ after diluting it 20 times gained best sterile effects on the pest.
