摘要:
<正>2000年从墨西哥东部引进墨西哥落羽杉种子到江苏吴江市苗圃,2001年获得10万株实生苗,2003年7月采用绝对标准法对墨西哥落羽杉群体进行优良单株的选择,初选出983株优良单株。其中,以生长量为选育目标的优良单株837株,地径和树高的选择差为0.84和56.78cm,选择强度分别为1.5和1.89;以园林观赏为育种目标的优良单株78株;叶色金黄的优良单株48株。优良单株的嫩枝扦插试验结果表明:墨西哥落羽杉优良单株扦插成活率和穴盘苗移植成活率总体较高,分别达86%和95%,同时,扦插成活率和移植成活率在无性系间差异显著。
Abstract:
This paper deals with the effects of different shading conditions on the antioxidant enzymatic system and photosynthesis of centipedegrass. The results showed that being treated with shaping, the activity of protective enzymes such as POD, SOD and APX, activity of PAL and content of MDA declined gradually with the enhanced shading degree. To protect the antioxidant enzymes system is an emergency passive way, when the productive rate of activated oxygen is low, the activity of the protective enzymes is also at a low level. The content of soluble protein and sugar decreased gradually with the enhanced shading degree, so as Pn, Tr, Gs, and WUE. Intercellular space and concentration of CO2 increased with the enhanced shading degree. In the shading condition, non-stomatal factor arose decreasing of the photosynthetic rate. The light saturation point of centipedegrass was very high in the control, this mean centipedegrass had a high ability in using strong light. The light compensation point and the light saturation point trended to sustaining declined with the enhanced shading degree. While AQY trended to increase in different degree of shading treated. The results indicated that centipedegrass had a adaptability to weak light, and it had good prospect o{ applying exploitation
