<正>以南京市区的遥感影像图为研究对象,对基于ETM+遥感影像的森林覆盖面积提取的一般方法进行研究。笔者分析了ETM+影像波段的特征值和相关性,得出TM3、TM4、TM5之间的相关性小,包含信息量丰富;采用Brovey变换将TM3、TM4、TM5与PAN波段融合,并提出用融合后的波段TM4R和TM3R作归一化植被指数,得到NDVIR;然后利用最大似然法对融合图像和NDVIR的组合图像进行分类,根据分类结果计算出南京市森林覆盖率为38.63%。
Abstract:
Dynamic variation of endogenous polyamines contents in bulbs of Lycoris radiata during the florescence was studied with thin layer chromatography-fluorescence spectrometry, and the relationship between PAs and growth and development of L. radiata was analyzed. During the prophase of flower bud differentiation, the PAs concentration was increased by degrees, which reached peak in early Jun. During the anaphase of flower bud differentiation, the PAs concentration was decreased by degrees. During the florescence Put and Spm contents decreased markedly and kept at a lower content level. In leaves growth phase PAs contents ascended again. In the whole florescence course, Put contents were the most, whose variation breadth was sharp, while Spd contents were the least, fluctuation was slight.
