摘要:
以南京、四川、湖南、湖北、河南、陕西6个种源香椿苗木为材料进行盆栽试验,研究了干旱胁迫下香椿的生理生化变化及与抗旱性的关系。结果表明,干旱胁迫条件下,6个种源香椿苗木的6个抗旱生理生化指标的变化趋势基本一致:随胁迫程度加强,水分饱和亏缺增大,水势降低,质膜相对透性增大,膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,保护酶超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性增强,但各指标的变化程度因种源不同而异。复水后,除SOD在重度胁迫下难以恢复,其余指标几乎都能恢复至对照水平。通过“坐标综合评定方法”对6个生理生化指标进行综合评定,得到6个种源香椿的抗旱性强弱等级依次为陕西、南京、河南、四川、湖北、湖南。
