摘要:
测定了柳蓝叶甲(Plagiodera versicolora)对寄主植物杨树(Populus sp.)、柳树(Salix sp.)和非寄主植物苦楝树(Melia azedarach)叶片气味的触角电位反应。结果表明:柳蓝叶甲对杨树叶片气味的触角电位反应随日龄的增加而增强;对寄主植物杨树、柳树和非寄主植物苦楝树的叶片气味均有较强的触角电位反应;对非寄主植物苦楝树叶气味的触角电位反应显著大于对寄主植物柳树叶片的反应。利用嗅觉仪的测定结果表明,柳蓝叶甲对非寄主植物苦楝树叶片气味的EAG反应与其选择行为反应之间表现出负相关关系。
