摘要:
对湿地松丛生芽增殖条件作了进一步的改良和优化,研究了卡拉胶、pH、光照和赤霉素、抗坏血酸等附加物质对湿地松丛生芽增殖的影响。研究结果表明:增殖培养基中不同的卡拉胶用量、酸碱度、添加物质和培养室的光照度均对湿地松丛生芽的增殖有较大影响。当卡拉胶为7g/L、pH为58~60、光照度为2000~3000lx时有利于湿地松丛生芽的增殖和生长;培养基中添加抗坏血酸005g/L能有效抑制湿地松丛生芽增殖过程中褐化物质的产生,而赤霉素的添加则不利于湿地松丛生芽的增殖和生长。在改良的增殖培养基中,丛生芽增殖倍数最高可达455,丛生芽可增殖到第7代。
