摘要:
对2008年江苏镇江出现的火炬松(Pinus taeda L.)枯死现象进行了初步研究。通过野外实地调查和室内检查,证实了这批枯死的火炬松系松材线虫病(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner & Buhrer) Nickle)危害所致,其在火炬松上的侵染特点为病害发展速度较慢;罹病木松褐天牛产卵刻槽多有脂点且较大;分离物中多混杂有其他线虫。这是江苏省自1982年发生松材线虫病以来首次关于火炬松自然感病的报道。
