摘要:
为科学制定107杨(Populus×euramericana ‘Neva')氮肥管理措施,研究了不同氮素水平下1年生107杨盆栽苗光谱及光合响应特征。结果表明:①不同氮素水平下107杨光谱反射曲线的变化趋势基本一致,且均有绿色植物典型的“谷”和“峰”的特征; 在不同的施氮量梯度下,随着施氮量的增加,高光谱反射率一阶导数也相应地升高,其在680~760 nm的红边区域具有明显的向长波方向移动的趋势,其中以N-4(4 g)氮素处理表现最为明显; ②在不同的施氮量梯度下,随着光照强度增加, 107杨叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)明显增加,而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)降低。所有处理中以N-4(4g)处理叶片的光合能力最强,生长发育状况最佳。
Abstract:
In order to provide a theoretical foundation for nitrogen fertilizer management of Populus×euramericana ‘Neva'seedlings, the effects of nitrogen treatments on the hyperspctral and light-response curves of P. euramericana ‘Neva' annual seedlings were studied. The results showed that:① Spectral reflectance curves of P. euramericana ‘Neva'at the different nitrogen levels were almost the same. The curves would all possess typical“valley” and “peak” characteristics of green plants. In different nitrogen levels, hyperspectral reflectance first derivative increased with the increase of nitrogen and it had obvious trend of moving to long wavelength in the red edge region of 680-760 nm.② Under different nitrogen levels, the net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of P. euramericana ‘Neva' leaf increased sharply whereas intercellular carbon dioxide concentration of that decreased with the increase of light intensity. The photosynthetic capacity and optimal growth conditions of N-4(4 g)treatment leaf were the best among the treatments.
