摘要:
<正>本文以扫描电镜(SEM)法观察了国产金缕梅科(Hamamelidaceae)10属13种植物的叶面气孔器微形态。结果表明:在不同亚科和属之间,气孔器表面微形态存在一定的变异规律;而同一属内不同种间的微形态差别甚小。从亚显微水平上,将该科的气孔器微形态划分为3个类型7个亚型:1.无脊型;2.具内脊型;3.具外脊型。气孔器微形态的变异规律提供了重要的系统分类学信息。
Abstract:
The samples selected from 31 species which cover 10 genera of Chinese Hamamclidaccac. Stomalal apparatus in surl’acc view arc observed under scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results arc as follows: the features of ridges (Rim), in slomatal apparatus emerge a variable pattern between different subfamilies or genera. Three types and seven subtypes of slomatal apparatus under SEM arc recognized. They prove to be of very important information of systcmatics in the family.
