摘要:
<正>对樱属植物叶腺体结构与形态作了解剖和扫描电镜观察,证实腺体属于分泌组织。其着生位置可分为三类:顶生、基生和侧生;形态有圆锥状、盘状、棒状和乳头状等多种,大小相差悬殊。腺体特征相对稳定,在分类运用中具有较大的价值。
Abstract:
Anatomical characters and SEM observation of glands revealed that the glands of leave in Cerasus was one kind of secretory tissue. There were three types that glands insert on leave’s serrates:terminal、basilar and lateral; the glands shape varied: cone、disc、davate、papillate and compressed;and the size was very different in different species. The characters of glands were stable and important in taxonomy.
