摘要:
<正>从浙江省松墨天牛、松毛虫等不同寄主上采集了 6个球孢白僵菌自然菌株 ,并从日本及国内主要生产厂家收集 6个菌株 ,共计 1 2个菌株。经过对其营养生长、产孢量、孢子活力、孢子耐热能力、孢子抗紫外线能力和室内对松墨天牛幼虫毒力等指标的研究 ,结果发现采自象山松墨天牛幼虫的菌株Bxs和来自日本松墨天牛的菌株F 2 63对松墨天牛幼虫的毒力最强 ,并且上述各指标均表现优良。尤其是Bxs菌株 ,其产孢量和抗紫外线能力大大高于其他菌株 ,表明Bxs菌株是最优良菌株 ,这对生物防治松黑天牛方面将有重要的实用价值
Abstract:
The tweleve strains of Beauveria bassiana were tested on colony growth, sporogenous ability, spore germination rate, heat resistant, ultaviolet resistant and virulence to Monochamus alternatus . The result showed that B xs and F 263 strains were the most virulent to Monochamus alternatus and the best on other characters. Compared with them B xs strain was better in sporogenous and ultaviolet resistant ability, and had a real significance in bio control of Monochamus alternatus.
