摘要:
<正>对活体松材线虫样品进行处理 ,用透射电镜对松材线虫各部分进行切片和详细观察 ,未能在线虫体内的任何部位观察到细菌。然而 ,用较少脱水步骤的扫描电镜样品处理方法处理活体松材线虫 ,用扫描电镜在线虫体表观察到了许多细菌 ,这些细菌形态一致、杆状、长 1 .48~1 .73μm、直径 0 .49~ 0 .62 μm。本文是关于松材线虫携带细菌部位的首次报道
Abstract:
After treatment of the living pine wood nematodes, detailed observation was made on sections of all parts of the nematode with TEM, but no bacteria were found within the nematode body. However, many bacteria were found on the serface of the nematode body with SEM by using the method to treat SEM sample with less dehydrating steps. Those bacteria were morphologically similar, 1.48~1.73?μm long, diameter 0.49~0.62?μm. This is the first report on the site of pine wood nematode where bacteria are carried.
