<正>将苏门答腊金合欢(Acaciaglauca(L.)Moelichl)、新银合欢(Leucaenaleucocephalacv.Salvador)、黑荆树(AcaciamearnsiiDeWild)种子用始温90℃热水浸种,冷却后用清水洗2~3次并浸泡24h,种子室内发芽率分别为66.5%,83.0%,87.0%,苗圃出苗率分别为52.78%,65.74%,58.64%;3月中旬前培育的塑料袋容器百日苗,85%以上的苗木高度分别超过40,20和25cm,地径超过0.25,0.40和0.30cm。苗木高径比在10.0左右,茎根比除新银合欢为1.88外,其它两个树种均超过2.0。但在金沙江干热河谷区造林时,应选用木质化程度高的粗壮苗木。
Abstract:
Acacia glauca(L.) Moelichl,Leucaena leucocephala cv.Salvador,Acacia mearnsii De Wild.are main introduced trees afforesting in upside of hot and arid valley of Jinsha river.In germination experiment,90 ℃ hot water seed soaking at the beginning and cleaning out the seeds with clean water after cooling,the soaking time is 24 h.With this simple way,seeds of the three trees germinated well and germination rates were 66.5%,83.0%,87.0% in lab and 52.78%,65.74%,58.64% in nursery.As 100 days sapling in vessel which nursed before the middle ten days of March,more than 85% sapling height exceeded 40,20 and 25 cm and collar diameter exceeded 0.25,0.40 and 0.30 cm.Ratios of height and diameter were about 10.0,ratios of root to shoot were more than 2.0 except L.leucocephala cv.with 1.88.Strong and high lignification sapling grew well in the hot and arid valley of Jinsha river.
