摘要:
<正>用盆栽法设置3种土壤相对含水量(W1:土壤含水量为田间持水量的75%左右;W2:土壤含水量为田间持水量的50%左右;W3:土壤含水量为田间持水量的25%左右),研究了青檀、落羽杉和绒毛白蜡1年生苗生长及生理指标的动态变化,比较了3个树种之间抗旱能力的大小。结果表明:在干旱胁迫下,各树种间相对根系活力以青檀最大,绒毛白蜡次之,落羽杉最小;对细胞膜伤害程度表现为落羽杉最严重,绒毛白蜡次之,青檀最轻;SOD含量以青檀最高,绒毛白蜡次之,落羽杉较差;MDA含量则以落羽杉最高,绒毛白蜡次之,青檀最低;生长表现为青檀最好,绒毛白蜡次之,落羽杉较弱。
Abstract:
The relative root activity,leaf cell permeability,SOD activity,MDA contents and seedling growth of Pteroceltis tatarinowii,Taxodium distichum and Fraxinus velutina under drought conditions were studied.The abilities to droughtresistance of these species were compared and the main conclusions were drawn as follows:The order of relative root activity was P.tatarinowii,F.velutina and T.distichum;The order of leaf relative conductivity rates was:P.tatarinowii<F.velutina<T.distichum;The SOD activity was in order of P.tatarinowii,F.velutina and T.distichum;The MDA contents was in order of P.tatarinowii,F.velutina and T.distichum;The effects of drought stress on their growth were in order of P.tatarinowii,F.velutina and T.distichum.The conclusions shew that their abilities to drought stress was in order of P.tatarinowii,F.velutina and T.distichum.
