摘要:
<正>对沙枣花中的有效成分黄酮类化合物的最佳提取条件进行了研究。结果表明,以食用酒精为提取剂提取沙枣花中黄酮类化合物的最佳条件是:95%的食用酒精,76℃条件下恒温提取45min,干鲜沙枣花中的黄酮类化合物的得率为0.68%。
Abstract:
Liriodendron chinense× L. tulipifera is a kind of tree which is in badly in need of cultivation for ornamental and industrial material in recent years in China. In past 30 years,a lot of research works were done in hybrid breeding of Liriodendron. According to the ordinary breeding strategy,clonal forestry is only a breeding way to get the highest genetic gain. But by the most results of the clonal propagation studies of L. chinense× L. tulipifera, L. chinense× L. tulipifera was very difficult to propagate by cutting and tissue culture, and grafting research was short. To deepen the research and introduction on clonal propagation techniques,a summary on the cutting propagation experiences is mainly made in this paper. And the current situation and prospects of the grafting and tissue culture are discussed. Clonal propagation of L. chinense× L, tulipifera could be successful with correct methods.
