摘要:
<正>采用3种方法防治松材线虫病:(1)利用天牛引诱剂诱杀松墨天牛成虫;(2)释放管氏肿腿蜂捕杀松墨天牛幼虫;(3)同时利用天牛引诱剂和管氏肿腿蜂防治松墨天牛。通过连续3a的防治试验结果表明,M99-1天牛引诱剂防治松材线虫病效果明显,松树死亡率下降61%,若同时配套释放肿腿蜂,并对诱捕装置进行改装,则效果更好,松树死亡率可下降77%。
Abstract:
The bulbs of Lycoris radiata were treated with GA3, NAA, 2, 4-D and 6-BA. The results were as follows:the four growth regulators had different effects on the Lycoris reproduction coefficient and average weight of radiates bulblet. The treatment of 150 mg/L NAA had the best effect on the increase of the quantity of bulblets, the reproduction coefficient was up to 4.65. The average weight of radiates bulblet treated with 50 mg/L GA3 was the highest, it was up to 3.04.
