<正>采用引物对K09F2/R对枯死松树内分离的松材线虫、拟松材线虫及其他线虫进行检测,结果表明,所有松材线虫株系均扩增出一条340bp的清晰、明亮的条带。而拟松材线虫、其他线虫均无扩增产物。利用引物对K09F2/R构建了松材线虫检测试剂盒。采用该试剂盒可使整个检测过程不超过2.5h;该试剂盒检测灵敏度为1/7条线虫,达到了对幼虫成功鉴定的目的,且检测结果便于判读,检测费用较低。
Abstract:
The effect on photosynthetic characters of Liriodendron chinense from Zhejiang province under different waterlogging time stress was studied. After 2 h waterlogging treatment, the stomata conductance, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and the transpiration rate increased a little, but decreased markedly after 24 h waterlogging treatment, and decreased to the least after 48 h waterlogging treatment. The results showed that the longer the stress time, the more serious the restraint to photosynthesis and the transpiration. But the different results occurred for intercellular CO2 concentration (increased obviously after 48 h waterlogging treatment). The coefficient analysis indicated that, between Pn and the stomata conductance, between the transpiration rate and the stomata conductance, there was an obvious positive correlation.
