<正>以南京幕燕滨江湿地公园为例,从植物的选择、配置以及植物景观的整体规划与设计3个方面探讨了城市湿地公园的植物造景:(1)以群落演替学为基础,遵循乡土植物为主和物种多样性原则,构建4种不同的湿地植物生活型配置模式并进行植物配置;(2)以景观生态学为指导,根据植物景观作用和营造目的不同,对湿地公园景观格局和植物景观分区进行规划,塑造不同的湿地植物景观;(3)以“师法自然”理念为依据,从空间和时态上进行艺术构图与意境营造。构建具有地域特色的幕燕滨江湿地公园植物景观。
Abstract:
The suspension of Ralstonia solanacearum was treated by High Voltage Electrostatic Field (HVEF) and Radio Frequency Electromagnetic Field (RFEF) respectively. The number of bacteria after treatment was counted by plating. Results showed that the total number of bacteria increased after they were treated by HVEF for 20 min. It was decreased by 84% when the treat time extended to 40 min. The total number of bacteria was decreased by 84% and 95% respectively after they were treated by RFEF for 20 min and 40 min. The activity of peroxidase was increased by 70% for Eucalyptus after it was treated by HVEF and inoculated by the bacteria suspension. It was found that both HVEF and RFEF had obvious inhibition effects on the reproduction of bacteria. Meanwhile, HVEF increased the activity of peroxidase of Eucalyptus.
