摘要:
<正>采用ISSR分子标记技术,对菊科兔耳风属杏香兔耳风(AinsliaeafragransChamp)、红背兔耳风(A。rubrifoliaFranc)和铁灯兔耳风(A。macroclinidioidesHag)等3个极易混淆的近缘种进行了分子鉴别。从100条ISSRUBC系列引物中筛选出20条多态性好的引物进行检测,其中利用引物UBC807、UBC826、UBC834、UBC843、UBC853、UBC895的扩增特异性条带制成ISSR指纹图谱,完全可以用于3个近缘种的鉴别。此外,基于相似系数的UPGMA聚类分析显示,杏香免耳风与红背兔耳风之间亲缘关系近,而与铁灯兔耳风的亲缘关系则相对较远。
Abstract:
The community characteristics using 101 samplings of green area community in the urban district of Shanghai were analyzed. The community diversity of deciduous broadleaved forest were high. The second was the communities of evergreen broadleaved forest. The structure of community was characterized by monotonous species, simplicity and high density of new-constructed community. Exotic plants occupied considerable percentage of the species composition while the flora reflected the zonal character. some advice, e.g. improving site condition by engineering technology to enlarge the scope of optional species, and classifying those plants into different functional types for community structure and landscape was suggested. Using this classification, we could construct urban community with better ecological function and landscape.
