<正>研究了水膏比、水膏比对石膏木届板性能的交互影响和温度对石膏水化体系、水化进程及石膏结晶形态的影响,分析了不同工艺条件下石膏木屑板的性能。结果表明:(I)每种水膏比,均有一种木膏比与之相匹配,传板强度为同系列中最高值,其配比满足m=0.54x+0.28的数学模型;(2)温度为40℃,石膏水化凝结时间缩短。同时板具有较高的强度此工艺条件应用于石膏板生产,将缩短生产周期,提高生产效率。。
Abstract:
Based on the simulation tests, effects of water-retaining-agents and its concentrations on moisture evaporation in the soil were studied in lab. The results showed that moisture evaporation treated by different species of waterretaining-agents increased firstly, and then declined with water stress degree time extended. The moisture-preserved capacity of soil, treated by water-retaining-agents, became stronger than that without water-retaining-agents. Among all water-retaining-agents, the effect of " Kehan 98" was the best in reducing the evaporation during the whole process. Among 4 water-retaining-agents, the effect of treatment of 0. 5%and 0. 3%were better than the others. On the contrary, water-retaining-agents in high concentration was against moisture-preserved capacity in soil. The results showed that the water-retaining-agents could improve strong the moisture-preserved capacity in soil effectively. Only right concentration could make the water-retaining-agents work adequately.
