摘要:
为研究定植技术对杨树发生溃疡病的影响,通过对杨树新造林地苗木采用浸水、生根粉及外生菌根菌剂等7种处理,调查研究了当年和次年杨树溃疡病的发生状况。结果表明,浸水可以减轻当年溃疡病的发生;生根粉和菌根菌可提高杨树的成活率,但不能减轻当年春季溃疡病的发生率;菌根菌剂可明显增加杨树当年胸径增长量并减轻次年溃疡病的发生,红绒盖牛肝菌(Xerocomus chrysenteron)菌剂的作用较好,其胸径增长量与其他各处理相比差异达到极显著。
Abstract:
Investigation on the occurrences of poplar canker disease in the first and second year was conducted in this study. Poplars were treated by soaking in water,dipping enroot powder and applying ectomycorrhizal fungi. The results showed that soaking in water could lessen the occurrence of poplar canker disease. By contrast,dipping enroot powder and ectomycorrhizal fungi could not lessen the occurrence of the poplar canker disease in the first year, but it could promote the survival rate of poplars. Applying ectomycorrhizal fungi could increase the breast diameter growth of seedling for the current year, and it could also reduce the occurrence of disease obviously in the next year. The Xerocomus chrysenteron had the best effect of promoting poplar’s growth ,and the difference of breast diameter growth among X. chrysenteron with other treatments reached significant level.
