摘要:
研究了青钱柳1年生苗的复叶性状、光合特性及生长量的差异性,并分析了生长性状的变异层次。结果表明,不同种源青钱柳复叶性状、地径和苗高均达到显著或极显著水平差异。光合指标在不同生长季节内有着不同的表现,净光合速率、气孔导度及蒸腾速率在青钱柳整个生长期内均表现出先升高后降低的趋势,而胞间隙CO2浓度则有先下降后上升的趋势。青钱柳苗高、复叶面积、复叶干质量及比叶质量在种源层次上变异大于家系层次上变异,地径则表现出家系间变异大于种源间变异。
