摘要:
1999年松材线虫在欧洲葡萄牙首次被发现。虽然葡萄牙林业和检疫部门尽力防控了该线虫及其携带昆虫——天牛,但是于2008年还是扩散到距原发现地200 km的葡萄牙中心地带的松林。同时,在西班牙边界临近葡萄牙Cáceres 城的边界处也发现了松材线虫。调查发现,虽然该线虫扩散的原因很多,但是主要的因素显然是人为因素。另外,关于松材线虫及其携带者的生物-生态学、松材线虫的致病性及利用分子生物学的诊断和监测等方面取得了较大进展。最近发现了松材线虫携带的导致松萎蔫的细菌。目前急需监测怀疑被浸染的树木及线虫动态的快速方法。线虫基因组学可以提供对松萎蔫病在树体内的病理过程。
