摘要:
对不同物候区10个产地的苦楝(Melia azedarach L.)种子采样分析,分别测定种子的纵径、横径、纵横径比、千粒质量、含水量、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、呼吸速率等种子生物学参数。结果表明:不同种源苦楝种子的形态存在显著差异,但与各地的地理、环境因子无显著相关; 种子的大小具有一定的纬度变异,种子形状随纬度变化有分异,分布纬度越高,种子越接近圆球形。根据种子形态特征,将10个种源种子性状自然分布划分为5个类群。不同种源苦楝种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和呼吸速率也存在显著差异; 发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数与呼吸速率显著相关,而与种子形态无相关性,表明苦楝种子活力更多受种子生理生化状况的影响。
Abstract:
The seed biological characters of Melia azedarach L. from 10 different provenances were studied, which included seed length, width, seed length and width ratio, one thousand seed weight, seed moisture content, germination percentage, germination index, vigor index and respiration rate. The results showed that there was a significant variability in seed morphology among different provenances. According to the correlation analysis between seed traits and the stand environment as well as geographical locations, there were no close relationships. There were some correlation between seed size and latitudinal, but seed shape was negatively correlated with latitude. According to the cluster analysis of seed morphology, the natural range of Melia azedarach L. from 10 different provenances could be divided into 5 districts. The seed germination percentage, germination index, vigor index and respiration rate were significantly different among different provenances. The seed germination percentage, germination index, vigor index were significantly correlated with respiration rate, but not closely correlated with seed morphology, which showed that seed vigor was more influenced by seed physical condition.
