摘要:
采用低聚木糖生产废渣替代麸皮固态发酵制备β-甘露聚糖酶,研究了碳源种类和组成、诱导物、氮源种类和组成对黑曲霉固态发酵制备β-甘露聚糖酶的影响。结果表明:低聚木糖废渣可部分替代麸皮固态发酵制备β-甘露聚糖酶。以低聚木糖废渣和麸皮质量比4:6为复合碳源,2%的硫酸铵为氮源,黑曲霉在添加3%魔芋粉的培养基中于30 ℃条件下固态发酵5 d,制备的β-甘露聚糖酶、β-甘露糖苷酶活力分别为341.8、7.02 μmol/(min·g),可溶性蛋白含量为8.40 mg/g。
Abstract:
The residues from xylo-oligosaccharides production was applied for β-mannanase preparation instead of wheat bran, and effects of different kinds and ratio of carbon sources, inducer, nitrogen sources and loading on solid state fermentation for β-mannanase preparation by Aspergillus niger were investigated in this work. Residues of xylo-oligosaccharides production could be instead of wheat bran partly for β-mannanase preparation. Solid state fermentation of residues of xylo-oligosaccharides production and bran by A. niger for five days, which the mass ratio of residues of xylo-oligosaccharides production to wheat bran was 4:6, 2% of ammonia sulfate and 3% of konjac flour loading in the medium, the β-mannanase activity and β-mannosidase activity were 341.8 and 7.02 μmol/(min·g), respectively, and soluble protein content was 8.40 mg/g.
