摘要:
【目的】对引种栽培于南京的‘奥尼尔’(‘O’Neal’)、‘薄雾’(‘Misty’)和‘莱克西’(‘Legacy’)3个蓝莓品种的生长结果与表现进行分析评价。【方法】对3个品种蓝莓植株的生长发育情况、成熟期进行观察,对其产量、果实大小、硬度、品质及抗氧化性能等指标进行测定分析。【结果】避雨栽培条件下3个品种蓝莓的生长量均高于露地栽培,其中‘莱克西’的生长量显著高于‘奥尼尔’和‘薄雾’。避雨栽培条件下3个品种蓝莓的花均大于露地栽培,其中‘薄雾’和‘莱克西’的花径差异显著; ‘奥尼尔’和‘薄雾’花的长度差异显著。3个品种果实大小差异不显著,但避雨栽培果实的硬度均大于露地栽培; ‘奥尼尔’品种果熟期最早,其次是‘薄雾’和‘莱克西’。‘莱克西’平均单株产量最高,其次是‘薄雾’和‘奥尼尔’; ‘莱克西’果实固形物含量最高,含酸量较低,口感最甜,且花色苷含量较高,‘薄雾’含酸量较高,口感最酸,多酚含量较高。避雨栽培条件下各品种果实多酚、花色苷、固形物含量及SOD活性均低于露地栽培,总酸含量和POD活性高于露地栽培。在避雨和露地栽培条件下,‘薄雾’O<sup>-·2产生速率和丙二醛(MDA)含量较低,均表现出较强的抗氧化能力。【结论】3个品种蓝莓在南京地区均生长表现良好,其中‘奥尼尔’最早成熟,‘莱克西’口感最好,‘薄雾’单株产量最高; 避雨栽培条件下,植株生长量较大,自由基产生较少,果实的硬度较高。
Abstract:
【Objective】This study was undertaken to evaluate the growth and fruiting characters of three blueberry cultivars ‘O’Neal’, ‘Misty’ and ‘Legacy’ introduced into Nanjing. 【Method】 Plant height, crown width, maturity period, yield, fruit size, fruit weight, fruit hardness, fruit quality, and antioxidant system were investigated. 【Result】 All plants grew better under the rain-shelter cultivation condition than under the open cultivation. Among the three cultivars, ‘Legacy’ grew better than ‘O’Neal’, and ‘O’Neal’ grew better than ‘Misty’. The flowers of all three cultivars were bigger under the rain-shelter cultivation than under the open cultivation. The flower size between ‘Legacy’ and ‘Misty’ was significantly different, and the flower length between ‘O’Neal’ and ‘Misty’ was also significantly different. There was no significant difference about fruit size between three cultivars, however, fruit firmness increased under the rain-shelter cultivation. The fruit maturity period of ‘O’Neal’ was the earliest, and followed by ‘Misty’ and ‘Legacy’. The yield of ‘Legacy’ was the highest, followed by ‘Misty’ and ‘O’Neal’. ‘Legacy’ had higher soluble solids and anthocyanin content, lower acid content, with sweet flavor. ‘Misty’ had higher acid and polyphenol content with slight sour flavor. Polyphenol, soluble solids and anthocyanin content, and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity in fruit were lower, whereas acid content and peroxydase(POD)activity in fruit were higher under rain-shelter cultivation than that under the open cultivation. ‘Misty’ had lower generation rate of O<sup>-·2 and malondialdehyde(MDA)content under both the rain-shelter and open cultivations indicating strong antioxidant capacity.【Conclusion】The three blueberry cultivars all grew well in Nanjing. The fruit maturity period of ‘O’Neal’ was the earliest, the fruit taste of ‘Legacy’ was the best, and the yield of ‘Misty’ was the highest. Under the rain-shelter cultivation, all plants grew better, the production of free radicals in fruit was decreased, and fruit firmness was improved.
