火炬松种源木材管胞特征值的差异分析

Difference Analyses of Tracheid Morphological Characteristics Among Provenances of Exotic Loblolly Pine in Southern Districts of Henan Province in China

摘要: <正>在河南省进行的 1 983年耐寒火炬松、1 984年一般火炬松两批种源试验结果表明 :( 1 )种源间木材管胞长度、宽度、直径、壁厚、腔径比、长宽比、壁腔比等 7个性状特征的差异多不显著 ,种源内 7个性状个体间的变化大于种源间差异 ;( 2 )火炬松种源原产地地理气象因子与上述 7个特征相关分析显示仅管胞长度、长宽比存在着微弱的地理变异模式 ;( 3)两批种源年轮宽度与管胞长度、长宽比、壁厚、壁腔比呈微弱的负相关 ,与管胞直径、管胞宽度、管胞腔径比呈不同程度的正相关。基本密度与管胞宽度、直径呈负相关 ,与壁厚、壁腔比呈正相关 ,年轮宽度与其对应的基本密度呈显著的负相关 ,说明种源生长快或种源内个体生长快的原因除细胞分裂速度快、细胞数目增加外 ,很大程度上可归因于管胞直径、管胞宽度的增加 ,而胞壁厚度却没有相应地按比例增加 ,导致了木材密度减小。因此 ,应对工业建筑用材材质改良引起重视。

Abstract: The cold tolerance provenance′s(CTP) and the common provenance′s(CP) test stands of exotic loblolly pine were planted in the south of Henan Province of China in 1983 and 1984.The differences in tracheid length,tracheid width,tracheid diameter,tracheid wall thickness,tracheid length width ratio,tracheid diameter width ratio,tracheid dull wall thickness diameter ratio were analyzed among provenances of loblolly pine.The differences in most of seven factors among provenances were not significant at 0.05 level.The variant range in one of seven tracheid factors within a given provenance was bigger than that among provenances;There were weak geographical variation patters in tracheid length and tracheid length width ratio of two times provenances.They were negatively correlated with latitude of provenances;At the same growth stage of two times provenances,annual ring width was weak negatively related to tracheid length,tracheid length width ratio,tracheid wall thickness,and tracheid dull wall thickness diameter ratio.And annual ring width was positively related to tracheid diameter,tracheid width,tracheid diameter width ratio.Wood basic density was negatively correlated with tracheid width and tracheid diameter.It was also positively correlated with tracheid wall thickness and tracheid dull wall thickness width ratio.The annual ring width was significant negatively related to wood basic density.These results showed that the causes of fast growth provenances or fast growth individual tree within a given provenance to a great extent was attributed to the increase in width and diameter of tracheid element besides fast division of cambium initial and increase in cell number of unit length.Their tracheid wall thickness did not increase in proportions as tracheid width and tracheid diameter increased.This should be stressed in tree breeding and wood improvement.
