Effects of Magnetic Treatment of Beach Plum in vitro Subculture Explants on the Regeneration and Growth

摘要: <正>为了在提高图像空间信息质量的同时能尽可能保持原图像光谱特性,采用常用的IHS变换融合、K-L变换融合、Brovey变换融合,以及小波变换融合方法,对SPOT5全色与多光谱图像进行融合处理。通过对各融合结果图像进行主观和客观的综合评价,得出利用小波变换融合方法对SPOT5进行融合处理得到的结果图像其空间质量和光谱质量综合表现最好。

Abstract: The magnetic field is applied as a strength gradient (48~115 kA/m). It is shown that the increase in the field strength stimulates the regeneration and growth in the explants. Effects of a ten-minute treatment of explants with a strength of 97 kA/rn on the regeneration and growth are significant, and the number of the sprouts induced is 2.3 times that the number of control group. The fresh weight, dry weight and height of the sprouts, from the explants were treated with a strength of 97 kA/m, in culture medium MS+ZT(2mg/L)+IBA (0.2rng/L)+Vc(30 rag/L) are more significant than those in MS+ZT(2mg/L)+NAA (0.2mg/L)4-Vc(30mg/L) and control group. It is greatly significant at 0.01level that the root length of plantlets from explants treated with a strength of 97 kA/m and put into optimized rooting medium 1/2MS+NAA(0.1mg/L)q-IBA(0.1mg/L)+bovin.e serum albumin 30mg/I., compared with the control group. The average root length is (5.39~0.68)cm. It is possible that the optimization of culture medium and treatment of explants with a certain magnetic field strength can increase the number of regeneration sprouts and can promote growth.
