摘要: <正>半叶法是德人Sachs(1883)根据叶片两半对称的特点首创的,用来测定光合作用已有近百年的历史。尽管许多测定光合作用的观代方法相继问世,但半叶法不需重大的仪器设备,能反映自然条件下植株的真实情况,故仍沿用至今,并有不断改进。但在实测应用上,还存在某些缺点,如叶面积的取样定量,部位选择,光合产物的外运等有待解决,才能提高测定效率和准确度。从1977年起我们在研究桑树的生长速率时采用半叶法,并根据树木的特点,作如下的改进。

Abstract: In order to improve the measurement of the growth rate of trees, the half-leaf method was modified with tespect to sampling size, position andtime and translocation of photosynthates. The imp oved method was applied to measuring of the growth rate of Morus alba, The results obtained were fairly stable and accurate.
