							<正>本糠醛精制新工艺包括蒸馏塔塔顶冷凝液在分醛罐中中和、粗糠醛在间歇式网状波纹填料塔中真空精馏,以及分别集中和单独回收精馏尾醛和头馏分水层中的糠醛等三部分。 从蒸馏塔塔顶出来的冷凝液在分醛罐中用1—2%NsOH溶液中和,使回流入塔的稀醛水层的pH值在6.5—7,从而控制粗醛的pH值在6以上,然后将粗醛送去真空精馏。 本糠醛精制新工艺的精制率高,产品质量符合国家优级品标准。
						
						
						
						
						
							
Abstract
						
						
							This new furfural refining process consists of: (1) neutralizing condensate in the decanter, (2) rectifying crude furfural in a batch packed column with Sulzer packing type CY under vacuum and, (3) gathering the rectified residues and the lean layer of the overhead distillate individually for recovering furfural from them.The condensate from the top of the distillation column is neutralized in the decanter with 1-2% NaOH solution to make the pH value of the lean layer recycling to the column in the range of 6.5-7 in order to control the pH value of crude furfural to 6 or more, and then the crude furfural is sent for vacuum rectification.This new furfural refining process gives high yields of superior quality.
