摘要: <正>本文探讨了不同材质梭子的重量与织机机台功率消耗的关系,并对梭身材料的热物性、织造过程中的静电现象以及梭子使用寿命等物理力学性质进行了研究,证明新型织梭——竹丝木粉胶压梭子无论从使用寿命或综合技术性能来看,都是很有发展前途的新产品。

Abstract: The authors of this paper have been successful in researching and making a new kind of weaving shuttle, i. e. the glue-moulded bamboo thread and wood powder shuttle, with a view of the present-day productive conditions in some textile mills at home, this paper investigates the relationship between the weight of the shuttle and powder consumption of the weaving machine, the thermophysical property of the material of the shuttle, the electrostatic phenomenon during weaving, and the service life of some kinds of shuttle made from different materials. The investigation indicates that the glue-moulded bamboo thread and wood powder shuttle is durable and has good technological properties which may give it a bright future in textile industry.
