摘要: <正>图示凸轮连杆机构,由于能实现各种特殊形状的轨迹,而且设计简单,在轻工行业中应用广泛。在设计中除了要求实现给定的轨迹外,有时还会出现要求两连架杆实现几对对应位置的情况。例如图1所示机构当曲柄和凸轮一起绕A轴转动时,C点便沿给定轨迹CC运动,同时要求曲柄由AB_1位置转过甲_(12)和甲_(13)角到达AB_2和AB_3位置时,D点对应位移S_(12)和S_(13)由D_1点到达D_2点和D_3点。下面对该问题进行必要的讨论并给出简单易行的图解方法。

Abstract: This paper introduces a graphic method to design the mechanism of cam connecting rod which may show the given track and some homologous places between the crank and follower. And it analyses the possibility of success.
