摘要
<正>研制性能指标先进的背负式弥雾喷粉机必须总体设计合理、各部件设计能满足机具技术参数的要求,而机具的减振、降噪必须对其振动、噪声频谱进行分析,以确定其振动的性质和需要消声的频率范围,继而进行有关设计。此外,还运用价值工程分析方法对其结构设计和设计思想进行论证分析,以求把产品的功能特征指标与成本确定在最优选择的基础上。
Abstract
In designing a knapsack mist blower with advanced characteristics, it is required that the general drawing should be reasonable and the components ensure the technical and mechanic requirements. To damp vibration and reduce noise, there is a need for the analysis of the spectrum of vibration and noise so as to determine the character of vibration and the frequency domain to be damped on which the design is based. Besides, engineering cost analysis is used in this paper to justify the structural design and design plan so that the optimal functional characteristic and cost of the product can be decided.
